Mistry Bhejo provides the platform and services "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, service outcomes, or error-free performance. Any issues with workmanship must be addressed directly with the vendor, although we may assist in dispute resolution.

 

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mistry Bhejo, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of any law or rights.

 

14. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAWS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
